Everything You Need to Know

How does the garage work?

Robo Park operates conceptually the same as a traditional public garage, except it utilizes advanced mechanical conveyance systems for storing and retrieving the cars.

This system has been well-tested in the automated warehousing and logistics industry before it was adopted for car parking over twenty-five years ago.  The vehicle is parked on a pallet by the driver, then a lift raises the pallet and places it in an empty space, minimizing the time needed to drive on ramps and parking by an attendant.

How do I know my car is safe?

The system is contactless and reduces many worries car owners may have about their vehicle while parking in a public garage. Once you enter the garage, you can watch how the automated system parks your car and then retrieves it when you need to leave.

What are the benefits over a conventional garage?

Safety: No accidental car damage or opportunity for theft or vandalism.

Sustainability: The autonomous system reduces pollution and material depletion.

Saving Time: Drop off and retrieval time is quicker than most conventional garages.

How long does it take to retrieve my car?

The average retrieval time is 3 minutes.

What happens during an electrical black-out?

The building has full back-up generators that automatically takes over, in the event of an electrical black-out.

What if the internet crashes?

In the event of internet connection failure, the cars can be retrieved manually until the  internet service is restored.
